I am sure most of you will agree with me when I say that happiness is probably one of the most difficult things to achieve. But sometimes difficult things are also something that is readily available and often left neglected by us. One such thing is happiness.
It doesn’t require too much to be happy. You just need the right attitude. For example you have been stressed out and behaving crappy with everyone around you for the last 2 weeks and then week 3 your parents or sibling or someone close to you comes over to visit and stay with you for sometime. You still continue go back to your crappy work but suddenly things have changed. You have a positive attitude. You are no longer stressed or angry or irritated at work.
Your happiness at home has penetrated to your workplace as well. Although people say work and home should not be mixed together, nonetheless we always do both for good and bad. Once you are happy at home and relaxed, you are able to focus better at work. You have a different attitude of life. Putting down others or winning over your colleagues is no longer a priority for you, instead coming back home as quickly as possible so that you can barbeque with your guests is priority now.
It’s easy to push stress away, its easy to be happy. You just need to give it a try.
